As some of you may know, Jon and I are taking our final trip, sans baby, to France. We're going with some friends; two of my fellow anesthetists, Craig and Nicole, as well as Nicole's hubby, Travis. We're all leaving tomorrow evening and taking a direct flight to Paris. We'll spend 4 days and nights in the City of Lights, then we're off to Nice for another 4 days. We come back Sunday the 17th. We plan on doing a lot of site seeing in Paris, as well enjoying a lot of fine French food. Jon and I are taking a day trip to Versailles, while the other 3 are taking a day trip to Normandy. Nice will be a little more laid back. We'll enjoy the weather, explore the French Riviera's coast and check out the Casinos in Monte Carlo. And I won't be alone in my pregnant state, as my friend Nicole is also preggers (just a mere 3 weeks behind me!). And don't worry, I cleared this trip with my Docs, got all the necessary recommendations and precautions and they even have me taking a copy of my chart with me, just in case. We're all very excited and can't wait to share some pics when we get back! So, every enjoy the Minnesota weather (which I know will also be very nice), but we'll be enjoying Paris in springtime!
I'm also including a few pics of my belly. I'm 21 weeks tomorrow and my belly is definitely becoming noticeable, we'll see if I can use it to get us free first class upgrades!?
